Insulators

(and their accessories)

Insulating supports for conductors in NSPBs, IPBs, but also present in cabinets, connection enclosures.

Made of epoxy resin or porcelain, they provide insulation (sheath or enclosure /conductor) and are dimensioned and positioned to withstand the mechanical forces of short-circuit currents. All our insulators are mounted for easy access, allowing easy maintenance, cleaning, resealing, and/or replacement in case of breakage. 

When changing or disassembling an insulator, it is recommended to change all synthetics in this sub-assembly, including elastomer springs head that absorb all vibrations, gaskets that ensure tightness on the enclosure, and all fasteners.
